• Declaration text: Displayed publicly (as intended)
• Timestamp: Archived for immutability
• Email: Only to respond to your inquiries
• Location: Optional, your choice
• IP address: Anonymized analytics only

Nobody. We do NOT share, sell, or transfer data.

Exceptions:

• If required by law (subpoena, court order)
• If required to prevent imminent harm
• If service is acquired (data transferred with service)

• Declaration text: Permanent (unless you request deletion)
• Email: Deleted after response (unless you opt-in to updates)
• IP logs: Retained 90 days only (then deleted)

• Right to access: Request your data anytime
• Right to deletion: Request we delete your data (honored within 30 days)
• Right to correction: Update your declared information
• Right to opt-out: Stop receiving communications

• Self-hosted analytics (no third-party tracking)

These services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their data practices.

9. Children's Privacy

This service is for users 18 years and older only. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If we discover we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use means acceptance of changes.
