The Operator does NOT verify, endorse, validate, or support any declaration. Declarations are archived as-is, without any guarantee of accuracy.

7. Moderation & Removal

We reserve the right to moderate, flag, or remove declarations that:

• Violate laws (harassment, threats, illegal content)
• Appear frivolous or satirical
• Incite violence or illegal activity

Removal is at our sole discretion and final.
